Who is TCT? 


TCT is The Corporate Troubleshooter. The firm was founded in 2005 by Linda Mariani.

Linda brings strategic focus, operational problem solving skills and the knowledge gained during her career as an executive.  Her vision is for all organizations to operate at peak efficiency. She can identify a problem and eliminate it with the proper solution. 

Her career has included responsibility for all areas of business including accounting, information technology, human resources, sales and marketing. 

Linda holds a BS in Economics and Accounting, and an MBA. She also possesses AIS and AINS designations from the Insurance Institute of America. She holds a Property and Casualty license and a Surplus Lines insurance license in Texas.

Community involvement includes board member of the Rotary Club of San Antonio; Academy of Creative Education Advisory Corporate Council Secretary; past board member NAWBO-San Antonio, and participation in various other community projects and fundraisers.


Linda’s career in the business world began at an early age.   The photo at right depicts one of her many lemonade and vegetable stands, with two of her ‘independent contractors’.  One of her childhood friends was recruited as a purchasing agent to replenish the supplies when the stand ran out of lemonade!
